Grade DC03 exhibits excellent deep-drawing capability under all types of deformation. This grade is suitable for forming requirements such as deep drawing and difficult profiling.
DC03 Meaning and Definition
D: (Drawing) flat products for cold forming
C: Cold rolled
DC01(1.0330 material): Drawing quality
DC03(1.0347 material): Deep drawing quality;
DC04(1.0338), DC05(1.0312): Special deepdrawing quality;
DC06(1.0873 material): Extra deepdrawing quality;
DC07(1.0898 material): Super deep drawing quality.
Carbon cold rolled steel coils and strips are produced with a highly adaptable manufacturing process, which are extensively used in automobile, washing machines, refrigerators, electrical appliances and steel office equipment. By varying the percentage in carbon steel, it is possible to produce steel with a variety of different qualities.
